    I purchased this truck from AutoNation Plano and the front left wheel flew off on IH20 between Abilene and Tye, Texas.


    I am looking to see if anyone else had a similar experience.

    No Engine Coolant was added. As I was inside, driving through the carwash, on 7/6/24, the oil lamp lit up. I am guessing it lit up because it was hot. The dipstick indicated sufficient oil. The radiator reservoir was empty and zero coolant present. I now believe this is criminal and civil. How does a tech forget the tighten and torque lug nuts on all 4 wheels and add radiator coolant. I think it was intentional. Done by a disgruntled employee.
